Spoffin PITCH: present your outdoor project for next year



The countdown has started: by the end of August 2023 it’s time for the 13th edition of Spoffin, international festival for street and site-specific theatre in Amersfoort. From 25 to 27 of August, Spoffin will turn Amersfoort‘s city centre upside down with no fewer than 26 dazzling acts from the Netherlands and abroad, a total of more than 100 performances, including more than 15 Dutch and world premieres. SPOFFIN PITCH: PRESENT YOUR NEW PRODUCTION FOR 2024

Spoffin 2023 will be attended by programmers and professionals from outdoor festivals throughout Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland and others. As always Spoffin introduces special Spoffin PRO programme, which in addition to round tables and presentations includes iconic Spoffin PITCH. The language of professional meetings is English.

PITCH SESSION. SUNDAY 27 AUGUST, 11.00-12.30, THE OBSERVANT

Dynamic presentations of new outdoor projects by Dutch and international makers for 2024 and beyond. Each pitch lasts a maximum of 3 minutes, there is room for a total of 15 presentations followed by a short Q&A. The official language is English. You can apply until Monday, August 7, 2023. If your pitch is selected, your presentation (live, using PowerPoint or KeyNote) should be ready by 17th of August. We will choose the most extraordinary and promising projects from the applications, both large and small. Besides programmers and the pitchers, all other artists are welcome to attend Spoffin PITCH!

NETWORKING LUNCH. SUNDAY 27 AUGUST, 12.30-14.00, FILALETHES

Selected pitchers can meet the present programmers from the Netherlands and the rest of Europe who are guests of Spoffin. Drinks and snacks are provided. Afterwards you can enjoy the last afternoon of the Spoffin programme.
