Meindert Talma, who lives in Noordhorn (a village above Groningen), grew up in the Frisian village of Surhuisterveen. He released a total of eighteen albums, of which sixteen on Excelsior Recordings. He has also written four autobiographical novels, a collection of poems and a book of interviews. At Spoffin, Meindert will perform his best songs with lots of visual material and anecdotes.
