Guido van Hout en Arthur Wagenaar [NL] Sounds Like Juggling

Flying shakers, buzzing sticks, rolling speakers... You've never heard juggling like this, or seen music like this! Composer Arthur Wagenaar and juggler Guido van Hout join forces to merge music and juggling into something completely new. With self-built instruments, juggling becomes music, and you make music by juggling. This creates a whole new genre, unique in the Netherlands.

The four players are jugglers and musicians at the same time. Aleš Hrdlička and Clara de Mik play alongside van Hout and Wagenaar. The final direction is in the hands of Joeri Vos (Veenfabriek, also co-producer). 'Sounds Like Juggling' is all about patterns. In juggling, in music, in life. The power and beauty of patterns, but also being stuck in patterns, and especially the breaking of patterns. An art that is more important than ever. 'Sounds Like Juggling' is a fantastic circus of movement and sound, where the rules of the game are constantly changing and nothing is impossible.

Heel speels gedaan en ook nog verrassend muzikaal. Vakman/vrouwschap!
