Spoffin PITCH: present your project for next year



The countdown has started: by the end of August 2024 it’s time for the 14th edition of Spoffin, international festival for street and outdoor theatre in Amersfoort. From 23 to 25 of August, Spoffin will turn Amersfoort‘s city centre upside down with no fewer than 27 dazzling acts from the Netherlands and abroad, a total of more than 110 performances, including 15 Dutch and world premieres. SPOFFIN PITCH: PRESENT YOUR NEW PRODUCTION FOR 2025

Spoffin 2024 will be attended by programmers and professionals from outdoor festivals throughout Europe, including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Chile, South Korea, Armenia and others. As always Spoffin introduces a special Spoffin PRO programme, which in addition to round tables and presentations includes the well-known Spoffin PITCH. The language of professional meetings is English.

PITCH SESSION. SUNDAY 25 AUGUST, 11.00-12.30

Dynamic presentations of new outdoor projects by Dutch and international makers for 2025 and beyond. Each pitch lasts a maximum of 3 minutes, there is room for a maximum of 15 presentations followed by a short Q&A. The official language is English. You can apply until Monday, August 5, 2024. If your pitch is selected, your presentation (live and/or using PowerPoint or KeyNote) should be fully ready by 14th of August. We will choose the most extraordinary and promising projects from the applications, both large and small. Besides programmers and the pitchers, all other artists are welcome to attend Spoffin PITCH!

NETWORKING LUNCH. SUNDAY 25 AUGUST, 12.30-14.00

Selected pitchers can meet the present programmers from the Netherlands and the rest of Europe who are guests of Spoffin. Drinks and snacks are provided. Afterwards you can enjoy the last afternoon of the Spoffin programme.
